Training

When you purchase a Perception Analyzer system, we offer comprehensive training to help ensure you are able to take full advantage of the system's capabilities and you are using it to its fullest capacity. Our training programs are flexible to meet your schedules and needs. We offer three different options:

Option 1: Your Place

With training at Your Place, a Dialsmith trainer spends two days with you and covers:

  • Hardware and peripheral set-up and configuration
  • Utilization of all four software modules (Setup, Edit, Collect, Report)
  • Audio/visual needs, ordering, and set-up
  • Troubleshooting
  • Hands-on practice and in-depth Q&A

Option 2: Our Place

With training at Our Place, you come to our office in Portland, Oregon, for a two-day training, utilizing all our in-house audio/visual equipment. The training covers all topics included at Your Place.

Option 3: Cyberspace

With training in Cyberspace, we use a combination of teleconference and online meeting tools (such as WebEx®) to conduct remote training. These sessions are generally less than one day in length, or are often broken into multiple shorter sessions. While not as comprehensive as in-person training, these sessions are good for those who will make limited use of the system, when attendees are spread across multiple locations, or when international travel is involved and cost prohibitive. For those wanting a comprehensive understanding of the system, Option 1 or Option 2 are strongly recommended.
